to be successful, you’ll have:  

knowledge and understanding:  

  • third sector, including charity to ensure partner service are aligned to our charitable objects
  • quality assurance practices   to embed continuous improvements in service delivery
  • contemporary digital and personalised support service frameworks and models 
  • application of technology enhanced services 
     

skills and abilities:  

  • proven strategic and operational skills, being able to coach and develop people to help them achieve their best, empowering and motivating others to improve performance and achieve positive outcomes against organisational and personal goals
  • excellent communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across the organisation, engaging with people of all levels, gaining buy-in and an ability to deliver on joint initiatives
  • good analytical, negotiating and strategic thinking skills.
  • highly organised with an ability to lead on multiple projects and initiatives with conflicting deadlines  
  • ability to think creatively and solve problems, approaching tasks with curiosity – reflecting, adapting and identifying implications for support and the organisation as a whole 
  • ability to build and maintain partner service relations and networks within the field

experience:

  • working in similar sized third sector organisation
  • working with and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • researching and evaluating prospective partner services and business opportunities
  • developing and growing a portfolio of digital and personalised support provision informed by a needs based approach whilst increasing service quality, accessibility and performance
  • supervisory and management experience
  • sound budgetary management, cost analyses and forecasting that enable a retention of partner services for our community 
  • proven experience of reviewing, comparing, analysing, products and services

qualifications:

  • qualified to degree level or equivalent in relevant professional qualification or   experience
  • minimum level 1 safeguarding trained
