From family worries to school stress, children and young people often face mental health challenges that feel overwhelming β and sometimes go unnoticed. Our free, confidential counselling is here to help.
As a parent, we know how deeply it can affect you when your child is suffering – especially when you feel helpless to support them – or don’t even know it’s happening. Our free, confidential mental health support gives children a safe space, meaning they don’t have to carry it alone – and neither do you. Give you and your child peace of mind. Talk to our team and get the support your child, and you, need.
Whether it’s a 10-year-old picking at their dinner or a quiet 20-year-old finding university tougher than expected, if something doesn’t feel right, support is available. Through our partnerships with Relate, and Psych Health, children’s counselling and mental health services are offered to children of ICAEW members under the age of 25.

Children and young people face a lot of challenges – and sometimes, they just don’t know how to talk about them or who to go to, often making the situation worse. That’s where counselling helps.
It gives them a safe space to open, process difficult emotions, and build coping strategies – with the support of a trained professional who understands young people. And it gives you the reassurance that they’re not facing things alone.
Get in touch with us. No diagnosis or GP referral needed. Get in touch with us via email or phone.
We’ll listen. One of caba’s support officers will listen and get a better understanding of your child’ needs.
We’ll match them. We’ll find the right option for them, always making sure their needs are the top priority.
Sessions start. Depending on the route your child takes, you may both have an initial assessment to understand your child’s needs a little better. From there, the free, private online sessions with a DBS-checked professional start.
You’ll stay informed. But your child leads their own journey – the counsellor will make sure your child has a safe space to talk freely.
