Relationship counselling can provide a safe and inclusive space to explore difficulties and find solutions. It’s for anyone experiencing relationship challenges, whether you’re married, living together or single.

family counselling is available for families facing strain. This includes nuclear and extended families, separated parents, children, and stepfamilies. Relate can support you together or individually.

psychosexual therapy 

Psychosexual therapy can help if you’re experiencing difficulties in your sex life. Relate's qualified therapists can provide guidance and support to help you improve your physical intimacy.

children and young people’s counselling

Children and young people's counselling is for those under 18 experiencing problems. Whether it’s depression, anger, mental health concerns, or issues with family or school, Relate can help. 

 

what happens after the 6 sessions are up?

Through caba, you can access up to six sessions of counselling. These sessions will help you to understand challenges and identify methods for overcoming them. Ultimately, providing you with tools to build stronger relationships. Typically, these sessions are better for smaller short-term issues. If you wish to continue seeing your counsellor after the six sessions are up, this will need to be self-funded.

You can still access and apply for our additional services as usual after accessing Relate.
