whatever you're facing, we're behind you

we believe no one should have to face life’s
challenges alone.

It’s easy to think that help is for someone else, or that asking for it is a sign of weakness. But reaching out for support is one of the strongest things you can do.

Every year, we help thousands of ICAEW members, students, and their families take positive steps through life’s challenges. From financial pressures to mental and physical health concerns, our free and confidential services include practical support, self-help resources, and most importantly a listening ear.

Last year alone, more than 4,000 people across the ICAEW community turned to us for guidance, care, and hope, and found the support they needed to move forward.
