we offer practical, personalised support to eligible ICAEW members, ACA students, and their close family dependents facing financial, physical, or mental health challenges. While most of our services are available internationally, a few - such as legal or debt advice - are restricted to UK only delivery. If you're facing redundancy, returning to work, currently unemployed or self-employed, we offer personalised remote coaching through our trusted UK-based partner. This flexible service is designed to support you wherever you are in the world.
We can support you with debt that originated in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, even if you’ve since moved overseas.
Law Express: Our partner can provide guidance on English and Welsh law, even if you live abroad.
Counselling grants: We offer up to £400 (amount varies by country) to help cover the cost of a local therapist, so you can access appropriate support in your area. Prior approval required and conditions apply. Contact our support team, who can guide you through the process.
We offer general guidance and signposting for those entitled to a UK state pension.
Explore our free e-learning platform, offering practical guidance on topics including mental health, career development, retirement planning and student life. You can also register for live webinars or on-demand recordings at a time that suits you.

Life partners, spouses and children up to the age of 25 can register with caba in their own right. They can access on-demand resources and request direct support - just like ICAEW members and ACA students. If someone in your family needs help, they don’t need to go through you to get it. Encourage them to sign up and register today.
We understand that everyone’s situation is different. Even if you have some savings or income, you may still qualify for support - especially if you're facing unexpected costs or limited access to local services. We assess each case individually and always do our best to help.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You might be surprised by how much support we can offer.
