Redundancy or unemployment can affect any of us, and it can completely disrupt your life. From worrying about affording your bills, to figuring out a new job landscape, job loss brings with it lots of not-so-pleasant side effects. If you're experiencing job loss, we can help.

financial support

Somethings are difficult to talk about – even to a loved one. In fact, 1 in 4 of us are unlikely to talk to a partner about debt, no matter how much it might help. If you’re struggling in secret financially, our support officers can help with financial support, means-tested grants and professional debt advice - and it's always confidential.

No two families are the same; from siblings that don’t get on, to relationship disputes and coping with divorce. Family life isn’t always simple – but challenges aren’t something you have to.

Children struggle with their mental health as much as adults – but it can often go unnoticed. If you’re worried about your child struggling with their mental health due to issues like stress, anxiety, academic pressures, or family changes, help is available. Sessions through our partnership with Relate help your child build confidence and cope with challenges in a safe, professional environment.
