The seventeenth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Chartered Accountants’ Benevolent Association (the “Charity”) was held on as a hybrid meeting with members (and those acting in as proxy) either present by Zoom video-conference physical attendance at Merrett House.

- that the draft Articles of Association set out in the printed document attached to this notice are approved and adopted by the Charity in substitution for and to the exclusion of the Charity’s existing Articles of Association with effect from the date of this special resolution
