what's this course about?

More people than ever are focused on pursuing a healthy lifestyle - and yet the rates of poor mental health are rising all the time and research shows that most people are missing out on many of the nutrients that are essential for good brain and mood health.

The growing evidence of the connection between food and mood means we now have the opportunity to eat better for our minds – as well as our taste buds. This course provides evidence-based information about the power of nutrition and its connection to your mood.

what will you get out of it?

By the end of this session you will:

  • Understand how nutrition can support your brain health and mood
  • Recognise common mistakes in meal planning
  • Include healthy mood supporting food into your diet
  • Learn which foods can help you deal with anxiety, memory problems and lack of focus
  • Create your own weekly meal plan to supercharge the nutrition in your meals

Delegates will need to spend some time considering their eating and drinking habits prior to attending the course, as well as the impact stress may be having on their lives.
