what's this course about?

This course explores what work-life balance means for you and how it changes for different situations. We’ll spend some time thinking about what the demands are on our time and how we could manage them better by looking into the activities we do on a daily basis, to start changing how we do things. We’ll explore how to be more in control over the choices we make and consider the consequences of these choices.
