what's this course about?

Building on part 1's insights about imposter syndrome and how it impacts us in our lives / careers, this part 2 session focuses on strategies to overcome it. We'll explore where imposter thoughts and feelings come from, look at the difference between imposter syndrome and self-doubt and also explore what we can do to overcome it. This session will be interactive, encouraging participants to share experiences and strategies to prevent imposter feelings from hindering our success.
