what's this course about?

Anxiety affects us all in different ways, it's only natural to feel anxious sometimes. It's common to experience anxiety when you're coping with big changes or events.

However, anxiety experienced long term can become a problem for our mental and physical wellbeing, so it can be useful have techniques that we can use to support ourselves.  In this course you'll consider how anxiety affects you and self-enquiry exercises will help you to reflect and understand your own anxious reactions. We'll practice techniques to help ease those anxious feelings to regain a sense of control and you'll create a personalised toolkit of practices to take away through discovering the techniques that can work best for you.
