CABA has appointed three new Directors to lead the organisation into its next phase of evolution. The newly created positions include Services Director, Engagement and Communications Director and Finance and Resources Director. All three roles will report directly into the Chief Executive Kath Haines.
The three positions have been filled by internal candidates following a competitive process: Kelly Feehan as Services Director, Jodie Gill as Engagement and Communications Director and Rachel Bodill in the role of Finance and Resources Director.
Kath Haines, Chief Executive at CABA commented: “The creation of the senior management team is fundamental to supporting the future development and growth of CABA. It is crucial that we have senior level leadership to take CABA into its next chapter and I expect Kelly, Jodie and Rachel to be fundamental in these developments moving forward.”
Kelly Feehan, Services Director, will lead the strategic development, management and delivery of all UK and international services to improve the wellbeing of past and present ICAEW members and their families. As an organisation CABA is constantly evolving to meet the changing personal and professional needs of the chartered accountant community across the globe, this ensures the organisation is responsive and accessible 24/7.

CABA’s next stage of evolution focuses on reaching more people through an increasingly diverse service offering, developing partnerships and engaging different audiences at different stages of life.
Kath Haines, added: “It’s an exciting time ahead for CABA as we look to further develop our offering and expand our reach to a wider target audience, I look forward to seeing the impact these three new Directors will make on this strategy in the months to come.”
