RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING VOTES

Members of the Chartered Accountants' Benevolent Association have supported all of the resolutions at this year's annual general meeting held on Tuesday 8th June 2010.

The resolutions included;

1. to receive the Financial Statements, the Reports of the Trustees and the Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2009.

2. to-elect Robin Fieth as a Director of the Charity, appointed since the last AGM of the Charity.

89 For, 1 Against, 1 Abstained

3. to re-elect David Adams, who retired by rotation, as a Director of the Charity.

88 For, 1 Against, 2 Abstained

4. to re-elect Derek Hall, who retired by rotation, as a Director of the Charity.

88 For, 1 Against, 2 Abstained

5. to re-elect Paul McManus, who retired by rotation, as a Director of the Charity.

88 For, 1 Against, 2 Abstained

6. to re-appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as Auditors of the Charity, to hold office until the conclusion of the next general meeting at which time the accounts are laid before the Charity.
