Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals who are eligible to access caba's services, including current ACA students, ICAEW members, former ICAEW members, and their eligible dependants.
Employees of caba and their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
To enter, participants must complete the relevant survey and opt into the prize draw by providing a valid email address via the survey.
Entry into the prize draw is entirely voluntary and is not required to complete the survey.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry Limit
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Competition Period
The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30 September 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.
Responsibility for Entries
caba accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason.
Prize
One winner will receive a £50 Amazon digital gift voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
caba reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within 28 days of the closing date.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry within 28 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not respond within 14 days of notification, caba reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Verification
caba reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.
Promoter's Decision
caba's decision regarding eligibility, winner selection, and all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Data Protection
Personal data provided for the purposes of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and caba's Privacy Statement.
Email addresses collected for the prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw unless the entrant has separately consented to receive further communications from caba.
caba accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, system malfunctions, or other issues that may affect participation in the prize draw.
Cancellation or Amendment
caba reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and these Terms and Conditions where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
