While it’s been designed with those caring for elderly relatives in mind, the information is relevant to all types of caring roles and it’s also valuable for anyone who may one day need care themselves and wants to make plans now to ease the load on future carers.

Made up of 14 modules, the course is flexible: you can work through it in full, or pick and choose the topics that matter most to you. It covers everything from looking after your own wellbeing, to understanding legal tools and benefits, managing practical tasks, and preparing for the more difficult stages of caring.
