Join us in our new hybrid event to discover effective approaches and techniques to help ease stress and anxiety, and create your personal anxiety relief toolkit.
7 November 2024 9:30am - 1pm, London Russell Square or online via Zoom
Stress and anxiety are natural responses, especially during big changes or events. However, when prolonged, they can harm our mental and physical well-being. It's important to have techniques to manage them effectively.
In this session, Anna Brook, a breathwork coach and caba trainer, will guide you in a safe, relaxing space to explore how stress and anxiety impact us. Through self-reflection, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your reactions. We'll also practice techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, helping you regain control while building a personal toolkit of effective strategies.
Please note: this course is not a substitute for counselling or therapy - so if you have gone through a particularly challenging/traumatic time then please consider if 121 therapy may be more supportive at this time.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing as there will be some movement involved in the course.
