Overview

It has made me realize that I don’t need to panic/stress about going to sleep. Hopefully a better sleep pattern will make me more energized and have less foggy thinking. For the future I will try to have a regular time to get up in the morning because it should help regulate my sleeping pattern

What's this course about?

A good night of sleep is linked with an array of health benefits from effective recovery from illness, increasing focus at work and better mental wellbeing. Experts say we are chronically sleep deprived in the western world. So what is happening? Why are we losing sleep and how can we improve our sleeping hours? This course will address these questions, examining why we sleep and what happens when we sleep along with providing science based tips for getting a good night sleep.

What will you get out of it?

This course will give you a range of ideas and activities to help promote both the quality and quantity of your sleep. Giving you the opportunity to understand what sleep is for and what is keeping you up at night and then putting into place a plan to create ideal sleep conditions which in turn should improve your sleep, energy levels and performance.

After completing this course you will be able to
