Face-to-face counselling

The sessions can help you manage your anxiety, depression and other mental health issues by changing the way you think. You’ll work with a trained counsellor to develop practical and positive ways to manage your thoughts and improve your state of mind.

Online counselling

Our secure online programme offers effective, supportive ways to deal with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression and stress. The content is designed to be motivational, easy to use, and relevant to you.

Our mental wellbeing microsite is packed with advice, tips and tools to look after your mental wellbeing and improve your ability to deal with life’s ups and downs. End of life and bereavement support

Dealing with end of life can be a challenging time but you do not have to manage this alone. We are here to help. We can support you with information about care and links to services as well as practical considerations, such as funeral grants, bereavement support, and someone to turn to.
