FREE LIVE AND INTERACTIVE WEBINAR FOR ICAEW MEMBERS AND STUDENTS

CABA - working in partnership with ICAEW - are hosting a free interactive webinar for ICAEW members and ACA students to support their mental and emotional wellbeing and empower them to promote their personal and professional growth

Looking after your mental wellbeing

The global pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the mental wellbeing of the world, with social isolation and financial and work challenges, increasing anxiety about the future. It’s more important than ever that we take steps to understand how we can support ourselves and others through this time.

This webinar will help and enable you to take steps to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

At the end of the session, a CABA Support Officer will give an overview of our emotional support service and how you and your close family can access support.

Join this webinar to:

  • Learn how to manage anxious thoughts and feelings, overwhelm and uncertainty
  • Understand how the ‘body basics’ can help our mental health
  • Understand the role of self-compassion and mindfulness to help individuals cope
  • Understand ways to strengthen resourcefulness and resilience

This is an interactive webinar, so you'll need a working webcam and microphone to participate in the breakout activities.
