CABA - working in partnership with ICAEW - are hosting a free interactive webinar for ICAEW members and ACA students to support their mental and emotional wellbeing and empower them to promote their personal and professional growth.
Food and mood: what’s the evidence – Tuesday 21st September
Our world is changing rapidly, and our eating habits are changing with it. Food has taken on a more prominent role in our lives as we spend more time at home cooking for ourselves and our loved ones. As we face health challenges, we’re becoming more aware of the need to take more care of our own health and wellbeing.
There is growing scientific evidence about the connection between nutrition and mental health. This webinar gives you an exciting opportunity to take control of your diet and choose the right foods to support your brain function and your mood.
Join this webinar to:
- Understand how nutrition can support your brain health and mood
- Discover which foods and habits could undermine the nutritional value of your food and disrupt the digestive processes that support healthy brain function.
- Learn how to build healthy eating habits and include a variety of mood-supporting nutrients in your diet.
This is an interactive webinar, so you'll need a working webcam and microphone to participate in the breakout activities.
