What's this course about?

As HMRC's 'Making Tax Digital' initiative approaches, you may have considered the impact it will have on your business and that of your clients. Maybe you've already started to educate and prepare your clients for the upcoming changes. However you may not have thought about how much impact the additional work - and stress - may have on you.

Resilience is the ability to adapt and bounce back when something difficult happens in life. This practical course will help you understand the process of change, learn how to develop a positive mindset, give you tools to build stronger resilience and improve how you handle pressure to stay healthier, physically and mentally.

Smaller firms and sole practitioners in particular may find the demands placed on their limited resources could also stretch their own ability to cope. So that's why we're offering these sessions to help you to prepare for the busy times ahead.

What will you get out of it?

Anyone can learn to be more resilient and cope better with change. This course will help you to be better able to deal with the pressure ahead, and enable you to make the most of the opportunities the changes present to your business.
