A practical day learning how to use nutrition and fitness  to improve your energy levels under the expert guidance of a qualified nutritionist and a personal trainer, each with over 10 years of experience in their field.

What's this course about?

In the first half of the course learn the principles of exercise and nutrition to help you to improve your day-to-day energy levels. Then in the second half practice making nutritious snacks following simple recipes and get active with some practical, effective exercises.

The nutrition component explains the importance of balanced macro nutrients like protein, carbohydrates and fats and how to achieve these effectively to boost your energy, improve your resilience and for better quality sleep.

Learn simple exercises you can do at home without any expensive equipment to boost your energy and increase your fitness level. The exercises will be suitable for all fitness levels and you can explore your physical abilities in a safe environment.

What will you get out of it?

You'll learn about nutrition and how to eat to have more energy and to improve your mood. Then you'll have an opportunity to make and taste smoothies and healthy snacks. The quick and easy exercise routines will fit into a busy day without needing to visit the gym or invest in expensive equipment.

Is this course for you?

This course is for anyone who would like to learn more about nutrition and exercise and how to fit them in to their busy day. You are encouraged to exercise at your own pace and activities can be adapted to suit your needs. You're welcome whatever your knowledge of nutrition or fitness level.


We'll send a medical screening form when you book, which you'll need to complete and bring with you to the course.

Dress comfortably in clothing suitable for exercising including trainers and a warm layer for the nutrition sessions.

Please notify us at if you have any allergies which may impact food items you may come into contact with or if you have any dietary requirements for lunch. The session will use a fitness band, so do let us know if you're allergic to latex.
