Our counsellors can help you deal with the emotional impact of uncertainty, anxiety and stress of coronavirus on your mental wellbeing. Sessions are available over the phone and online so we can support you even if you’re self-isolating or in lockdown.

Your income may be affected as a result of coronavirus, you may have been made redundant, are unable to work, or have been living on a reduced income. In many instances we can provide financial support to get you through the tough times to keep you and your family well.
Our financial support is means-tested. This means we take your income, expenditure, capital and assets into account when awarding financial support.
You may have a query about being furloughed, your employment contract or redundancy rights. Our partner Law Express may be able to help. They can offer a wide range of independent advice, guidance and information on a host of legal issues arising from COVID-19.
