In 2018, a record number of 6,093 people attended our courses, workshops and seminars. 99.8% of attendees said they would recommend our courses.

We held our first ever wellbeing weekends in August and October. Attendees enjoyed sessions on nutrition, mindfulness and yoga. Many also benefited from 1-2-1 coaching sessions.
