Stress MANAGEMENT Training

CABA runs a stress management and wellbeing programme, which has been specifically designed for Chartered Accountants. To help manage the stress in our lives more effectively, we need to identify the causes of stress, be aware of the warning signs and learn techniques and strategies to improve our ability to cope. No two individuals are the same and what is acceptable for one may not be acceptable for another. Taking good care of ourselves and thinking positively can also increase resilience to stress, which is one of the biggest causes of ill health and sickness.

Information about the types of courses is shown below and the list of dates can be found through the link on the right hand column.

The courses are subsidised by CABA.  In order to enable us to expand the number of dates and courses, we make a small charge towards the costs; the rates are:

Half Day courses £50  - Concession *£25

Full Day courses £95 -   Concession *£25

* concession for unwaged

Courses will run subject to demand throughout England and Wales.  To register please email training@caba.org.uk or call 01788 556366.
