Many ICAEW members, male and female, experience difficulties returning to the workplace following a career break. 

CABA are working with the ICAEW to actively address the difficulties faced by members returning to the workplace.  The 'Narrowing the Gap' programme aims to support members preparing for a career break and returning to work after a career break.  Seminars offer information, advice and practical support, enabling members to feel better equipped and more confident about finding and returning to work.
