Training course bookings
Training booking cancellations made within 14 days of the course will not be refundable. If you are unable to attend a training course, you can send another person in your place - please let us know any changes as soon as possible by contacting the Training & Events team on 01733 556208 or at training@caba.org.uk. Training booking cancellations made outside the 14 day period will be fully refunded. In the event of the course having to be cancelled by CABA, you will receive a full refund of the fee but we disclaim any further liability. We reserve the right to refuse bookings.

If you have made a donation in error please contact our Finance Team on 01788 556 366 or email accounts@caba.org.uk and they will be happy to refund this for you.
