A new web site launched this week by Chartered Accountants’ Benevolent Association aims to make its services easier to reach.
At www.caba.org.uk, new features include a live chat tool, extensive resources on common issues such as stress and debt, case studies about how accountants have overcome challenges and the ability to book CABA training courses online.
Kath Haines, Chief Executive, said: “Much of the work that we are doing at the moment is aimed at making CABA as accessible as possible to accountants who may want to turn to us for help and advice.
“These initiatives include everything from our ‘Ambassadors’ programme which puts more CABA representatives out to meet people in the profession through to this completely redesigned web site.
“The resources on the web site are very thorough and the ‘live chat’ option will be especially useful, we believe, for accountants who may want to get in touch with us in a discreet way while at home or work.”
Jodie Gill, Marketing Manager at CABA, added: “We have spent more than six months working on the web site to ensure that it includes all the features that accountants contacting CABA may need. We are very pleased with the results.”
