Our career programme is geared to helping Chartered Accountants equip themselves with the skills and tools needed to get back into the job marketOur 'Workfriend' service supports those that have just come out of employment or are at threat of redundancy and need to refresh their job searching skills. This service includes an interactive online career management portal with a wealth of support material as well as access to an individual telephone career coach. It also provides assistance with online job searching from a selection of job vacancy databases.
We also provide face to face coaching with dedicated online support to those who have been unemployed for a long period of time. The service provides clients with bespoke career guidance from professional advisers, access to a Career Adviceline, learning events and online career support.
Through courses, Career Clinics, we also provide Chartered Accountants, many of whom will have been out of the workplace, to opportunity to enhance their skill base, grow in confidence, and develop practical job-seeking abilities. Our courses also deal with work/life balance issues, and how to reduce stress levels.
In fact, there’s a whole section of the website dedicated to our practical, relevant training courses that can help you develop your skills and employability.
